Refund Policy

At Gomez Western Wear, we strive to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. We offer FREE 30-day refunds on all items purchased, as long as the item meets the following criteria:

1. Is in pristine condition; no scratched soles or signs of usage
2. Has tags attached
3. Has original packaging
4. It's not a bracketing purchase

If the item does not meet the criteria above, we have the right to deny the return request. 

Bracketing: Purchasing multiple variants of the same object and sending back the ones that will not be kept.

Refunds will be issued once we receive the item(s) back.

Refund period starts the day the item is marked as "delivered" by the carrier.

Returns For Exchange or Store Credit

• Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
• Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached.

Process For Exchanges

• Please use the Free return label or contact our customer service team to arrange the exchange.
• You may exchange the item for a different size, color, or style, subject to availability.

Store Credit

• If you do not wish to exchange the item, we will issue a gift card for the purchase amount plus 10% of the value of the products returned. The extra 10% will only be issued once per customer. The gift card can only be used on our website www.gomezwesternwear.com. 
• Store credit can be used on any future purchase on the Gomez Western Wear website and does not expire.

Non-Returnable Items

• Gift cards, clearance/final sale items, and custom orders are not eligible for return or exchange.
